Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving your package. Complete the return form and send it by email to support@lashmere.shop to receive a return shipping label.

Returns should be sent to our return warehouse in Sweden. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The completed return form must always be included with the returned item.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we have received and inspected the returned item.

If you paid with Klarna, you cannot register the return and pause the payment at the same time. If your invoice becomes due, it must be paid on time. Your refund will be issued as soon as we have received and inspected the product.

Products returned in unused and undamaged condition will be refunded in full. If the item has been used or handled in a way that reduces its value, a deduction corresponding to the loss in value will be made from the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to the customer (for example, an incorrect order, change of mind, or similar), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact cost depends on the shipping carrier used for the return.

If the return is due to Lashmere - for example, because of a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or if the product does not match the order, we will replace the product and send a new one at no additional cost. In these cases, the customer does not have to pay for a replacement product, but Lashmere does not reimburse the return shipping cost for the incorrect item.

Unclaimed Packages

If you do not collect your package from the pickup point within 7 days, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Packages registered as "Unclaimed" will incur a fee of 10 GBP to cover shipping and handling costs. The remaining order amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.

If you wish to cancel your purchase after the order has been placed, you must first accept delivery of the package and then return it in accordance with our return policy to avoid this fee.
